MTV – Tocca a Noi

MTV da diversi anni si sta trasformando in un vero e proprio political brand, una tendenza che si nota sia a livello internazionale che locale.

Nel nostro paese, l’ultima iniziativa è Tocca a Noi, un progetto che punta a far realizzare misure per migliorare le condizioni di vita universitaria, accrescere la qualità e la conoscenza dei servizi universitari e di sostegno alla mobilità nazionale ed internazionale degli studenti, oltre alla disciplina dei tirocini formativi universitari.

Ebbene, dopo un percorso durato oltre sei mesi, ecco il primo grande risultato di Tocca a Noi: è stata consegnata in Corte di Cassazione la prima Legge fatta dai ragazzi per i ragazzi.

    A quanto ammonta la forza lavoro precaria a MTV ?

    Si parla di un 40 / 50% di precari in tutto, rispetto a una forza lavorativa complessiva di oltre 300 persone.

    Come giustificano questo continuo precariato i dirigenti? Con “la crisi” o altro ?

    No, è un sistema ricorsivo, non hanno niente da giustificare, è permesso nel nostro stato e i giovani vi sono abituati. Inoltre qui fanno molta pressione psicologica basandosi sul fatto che “ehi, sei ad MTV”, per cui abusano dei precari con orari, straordinari, trasferte e condizioni lavorative cui comunque la gente s’è abituata. E poi, lo sai anche tu, il precario, nel clima d’incertezza in cui è tenuto, ha paura, non reagisce se non di fronte al baratro, ma pochi lo fanno.

    Quindi non hai mai avuto ferie o malattie pagate?

    Da quest’ultimo anno sì, in quanto dipendente a tutti gli effetti, ma “a scadenza.” Prima no, ma coi progetti funziona che hai una quota annua, e viene divisa per mese, giorni di malattia e ferie comprese. Poi c’è da dire che comunque i progetti potrebbero (a livello contrattuale) prendersi tutti i giorni che vogliono. Qui comunque non funziona così, le ferie e le malattie devono essere dichiarate e giustificate, esattamente come nei contratti subordinati.

    Hai mai ricevuto promesse di essere regolarizzato che poi non si sono avverate? O vi dicono solo di aspettare?

    No, i nostri diretti superiori sono onesti con noi e cercano di regolarizzarci, di rinnovare i nostri contratti. i blocchi arrivano sempre da Telecom. Non ci promettono niente, più che altro non danno un minimo di preavviso nel caso non ci rinnovino il contratto.

    MTV da anni cerca di essere la tv “vicina ai giovani”, che combatte contro lo sfruttamento “dei giovani” e “capisce i giovani”. Si è costruita, da sola, la nomea di “andare contro il sistema”. Hanno fatto anche molti spot contro il precariato. Addirittura intere trasmissioni di denuncia, dove raccontavano la lacrimosa vita dal “giovine precario del sud”. Come vi sentite voi che subite tutto ciò, gli avete mai fatto notare quanto tutto questo suoni ipocrita ?

    Ci tengono per “gli attributi”, l’ipocrisia ci è servita a pranzo ogni giorno. “Tocca a noi” stesso è l’apoteosi dell’incoerenza.

    All’ultima visita di Antonio Campo dall’Orto una ragazza, che stava per andarsene, ha chiesto loro come si permettessero di attuare campagne pro-sociale, ma loro non solo si sentono sicuri d’essere all’avanguardia, ma ne fanno vanto. Antonio stesso ci racconta di come MTV sia una delle migliori realtà italiane, gente dinamica, flessibile, con la possibilità di muoversi anche all’estero, quando in realtà non si sa che fine si farà tra 2 mesi e la prospettiva più realistica comprende il travaglio di cercarsi un altro lavoro, con condizioni peggiori. Ci parla dei contratti a progetto in questi termini:

    “il progetto inizia… e finisce”.

    Parole sue.

    In verità c’è gente che da 5 anni segue lo stesso progetto — e addirittura posizioni di responsabilità — inserite all’interno di organigrammi, da precaria.

    “purtroppo molti si fanno fregare dall’idea che lavorare nel mondo della “comunicazione” sia figo e segno di ascesa sociale. Peccato che un mio amico magazziniere al supermercato guadagni 1200 euro al mese con contratto a tempo indeterminato e 6 ore di lavoro al giorno.”

    beh mtv non è diversa dalle migliaia di aziende italiane…il consulente a progetto è in realtà uno schiavo e chi proteta e manifesta, o è attivo sindacalmente, è un sovversivo, prima se ne va, meglio è.
    mtv fa tutto questo in maniera ipocrita, è questa la piccola differenza.
    per quanto mi riguarda potresti avere intervistato un precario qualunque scrivendo che fosse uno di MTV e nessuno avrebbe battuto ciglio.
    del resto perchè mtv dovrebbe differenziarsi dalle altre aziende? loro fanno il loro interesse, quindi ingaggiano precari che, pur con un contratto a progetto, non possono prendersi ferie quando vogliono, sono soggetti a turni anche se non dovrebbero ecc ecc
    tutto questo in barba alla legge biagi.
    ora cosa cambierà? i poveretti di mtv alzano un po’ di polvere, poi se ne vanno e arrivano altri poveretti col loro cococo, anzi no, cocopro.
    che è la stessa cosa.

    Ho apprezzato molto le scelte di MTV, il suo linguaggio e la sua capacità di innovazione. La “politica delle risorse umane” come pudicamente la chiamate voi adottata da MTV annulla in un colpo solo tutto ciò che di nuovo e di autentico l’emittente rappresentava. Siamo di fronte alla solita vecchia stanca pantomima ben nota nel nostro paese. Ci sono tanti modi di fare “campagna” Ma è dura che una campagna funzioni se dietro c’è il nulla o il discrimine. E’ così difficile da capire?
