For one of our top clients, we are currently looking for two Junior Editors to work on a major blog-centered community management project.
The ideal candidate will be a freelance able to work with both in-house teams and external agencies, and will be responsible for planning, creating & coordinating the production of short-form and long-form editorial copy across all existing digital platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Editor, this role will work very closely with the Editorial Team and with an internal Project Manager/Account Manager to ensure the most efficient and creative production of copy content possible.

Responsibilities:

- Writing and editing short-form & long-form of editorial copy with the aim of promoting the client’s brand and products as well as driving traffic to its blog and creating user conversions.
- Establish close working relationships with the in-house Editorial team and Project Management team s to ensure content is created, revised, edited, approved and distributed efficiently
- Follow the client’s guidelines and establish scope of effort based on the team’s requests and needs
- Ability to manage and produce/edit a high volume of articles/posts based on project guidelines and client requests
- Monitor fashion and beauty topics related to the client’s brand and suggest new topics and trends for producing editorial copy
- Ensure all editorial copy is delivered on time and within budget
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards possible and are aligned with the editorial guidelines.

Requirements:

- Woman
- Age 20-35
- Trusted Authority in her space – involved in fashion/beauty and other relevant to the selected themes areas
- Blog writing experience and proof of sufficient auditory/consumer’s feedback on interesting writing abilities
- Proficient English
- Be a creative person that is able to come up with great content ideas in on-going basis
- A second language among the top countries selected is a plus
- Sense of humor
- Sound editorial ability from content creation, editing and sub-editing to writing editorial copy
- Experience of working with Editorial and Production Management teams, as well as external Production companies
