Whirlpool EMEA Employer Branding Contest: are you ready to get a job through Facebook?
The employer brand is the equivalent of the company brand from the perspective of the job seeker rather than the consumer. In other words, companies with a strong employer brand manage to attract more highly skilled workers for their positions, with a consequent improvement of their competitiveness.
Hence, an important goal for all the companies is to be able to deliver the message that they are a grat place to work in, with a stimulating, vibrant environment… but how to do that? Whirpool EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) found an innovative solution: have the job seekers to talk through an international contest on the social network! In detail, the EMEA division of the multinational asked to create a digital content and publish it on its fanpage wall with ‘EMPLOYER BRANDING CONTEST’ as the first sentence. The contest ends on the 30th of April, and you might have the chance to win an internship within the company.
